Grief Support Group

Losing someone you love or care deeply about is very painful. You may experience all kinds of difficult emotions and it may feel like the pain and sadness will never let up.

These are normal reactions to a significant loss. While there is no right or wrong way to grieve, there are healthy ways to cope, that in time can renew you and permit you to move on.

You may associate grief with the death of a loved one; often the cause of the most intense type of grief; but any loss can cause grief. Divorce, loss of health, a miscarriage, or the loss of a job, are among the many causes of grief.

Starting September 11th, We will be meeting on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon in our Education Center.
